Quick answers

  • Forgot your password? Send a reset link. Check spam if it doesn’t arrive in a few minutes.
  • Billing, cancel, or refunds. Open Account → Billing in Situs. New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial (card required); cancel before day 15 and you aren’t charged. After that, cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. There are no refunds for partial months unless the law requires one. If you think we charged you by mistake, email us.
  • Export or delete your data. Account has an export of your workspace and a delete option. Deleting is permanent.
  • A resident can’t sign in. Check their invite under People, or share the house’s request link so they can send a request without an account.
